Privacy Policy

This page explains how the GoldTag website handles your information. The website is run by ITS — Innovative Technical Solutions.

What we don’t collect

The website doesn’t ask you to create an account, has no forms for entering your details, and doesn’t use cookies for tracking or advertising.

What stays in your browser only

The website saves in your browser the display language you choose, and the material calibration in the gold cut weight calculator if you save it. This information stays in your browser and never reaches us, and you can delete it by clearing the site’s data in your browser settings.

The calculators

All calculations on the tools pages run in your browser. Images and DXF files you open in the gold cut weight calculator are not sent to any server.

When you contact us

When you contact us on WhatsApp, the conversation moves to the WhatsApp app and is subject to its own privacy policy. The ready-made message asks for your shop’s name and city, and you can edit or delete any of it before sending. We use what you send us on WhatsApp, by phone, or by email only to reply to you and arrange the demo and trial, and we don’t sell it or share it with anyone else.

GoldTag program data

Your shop’s data in the GoldTag program is stored encrypted on your shop computer and never passes through this website. We only see it with your permission, when you ask us for support.

Hosting

The website’s hosting provider may keep standard technical logs, such as IP address and visit time, to run and protect the website.

Your rights

You can ask us to see, correct, or delete the contact information we hold about you by writing to us at walid.kelzia@gmail.com.

External links

WhatsApp links and our pages on other platforms are subject to those platforms’ policies.

Changes

We may update this policy, and when we do we change the last-updated date at the top.
